**In order to receive the free breast implants, the winner must be a qualified breast augmentation candidate, determined after a consultation with Dr. Love. If the winner is not a candidate or does not want the breast augmentation, there will be no cash value for the cost of the implants. The savings cannot be applied to any other procedure or treatment. Surgery must be completed by June 30, 2024. This prize is not transferable.
